MSL has broad experience in the field of education having undertaken a variety of assignments encompassing comprehensive education sector planning through needs analysis to the design and provision of training courses and development of the human resource management system for teachers. We have supported governments to develop educational plans for the national level and conducted regional studies on several aspects regarding education policy, differences in school finance management and reform. Our vast experience as consultants in the developing and developed world gives us the ability to specify realistic solutions to particular problems considering local social, economic and cultural factors. In addition, our experience as an education training provider in many countries reinforces this by giving us an insight into the practical requirements of service delivery. With the mission to improve quality and access to education for all, we partner with practitioners, policymakers, and advocates to develop a policies and recommendations for an equitable society. We have provided services on the education sector in Bangladesh, Afghanistan, China, Indonesia, Kyrgyz Republic, Lao PDR, Mongolia, Myanmar, Viet Nam, Nepal, and Pakistan funded by the ADB, World Bank, UNICEF, UNESCO, USAID and ILO.
