B E M Manjur-e-Khuda

B. E. M. Manjur-e-Khuda is a highly energetic changemaker focused on leveraging AI and other emerging technologies to effectively manage people, process, and technology to produce high-class business solutions. He holds an M.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Moscow State University of Railway Engineering, graduating with First Class honors in 1990.

His vibrant professional experience includes technology leadership in creating and sustaining huge-scale ICT systems for universities, UNDP, projects, and IT firms. He has led huge teams in software development and operations across industries like Banking, Capital Market, ERP, and Insurance solutions. The primary skills include DevOps on Microsoft Azure and open-source, Service Desk Management on ITSM, and developing AI, Data Analytics & BI, and Blockchain. He has expertise in strategic business planning, ICT Strategy and policy making, and Information management planning.

At Present, He is the Chief Technical Officer & Genaral Manager of Maxwell Stamp. His leadership brings in the digitization that improves the Business Development Team significantly. As Chief Technology Officer at East West University (Feb 2020 – May 2024), he significantly contributed to digital transformation during COVID-19, improved the online advising system, strengthened network security, implemented digital work-from-home solutions, and organized a virtual convocation using in-house resources. At UNDP Dhaka (March 1993 – Dec 2015), he transformed IT into a business solutions provider, established an ICT Innovation Lab, developed a Business Intelligence system, and coordinated migration to Cloud computing for users. He also worked as a General Manager at LEADS Corporation Limited (Jan 2016 – Feb 2020). He is a Member of the Institute of Engineers in Bangladesh.
